Service Delivery Console
For those customers already using the Service Delivery Console (SDC) you have probably noticed by now that the SDC looks a little different. Although this is primarily for our new customers to enter their service details it is also an important recap for our existing customers.
If you wish to make any changes to your existing service please logon to the SDC using your X-on login credentials and make changes to your users, extensions, groups, calendars or numbers (call flows) by clicking on the relevant section and following the user friendly instructions.
