The Softphone is a widely used tool both when working in the practice and when working remotely. For those of you not currently using it and for our new customers we have created a video covering all the basic features and functions of the softphone for your information.
It is a very quick yet informative and will help you to get the most out of the device.

We are delighted to announce that we will shortly be adding a three way call feature to the softphone which is currently available on the T21 and T27 handsets. This will allow clinicians to call a patient and also invite a third party such as an interpreter or consultant to the conversation.
