The Surgery Connect Help Centre is now available via the User or Configuration Console

Help Centre

We are delighted to announce that our online Help Centre is now available for all our customers.

Console Menu Icon

To access it go to your User or Configuration Console and click on menu icon.

Scroll down through the menu and Help Centre is located under Settings towards the bottom of the list.

It contains invaluable User Guides and video tutorials on many aspect of Surgery Connect and will be continuously updated.

Surgery Connect is constantly making enhancements to its products and the latest additions can be seen in the User Console. One of the key updates are the additional filter buttons for internal or external calls:

EMIS Patient Pop Up Window Position

EMIS users can now customise the position of the patient popup window. Previously the default position was in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

To change from the default position select Popup in the Application Settings window and select a new position (see figure below). This new position becomes the default position for the user.
