By default Surgery Connect detects scheduled Bank Holidays without user intervention. If you wish to double check the upcoming festive period is configured correctly on your service you can via the Configuration Console in the Calendars section.
With a number of Bank Holidays approaching we encourage you to update your surgery messages to keep your patients informed of your opening times and out of hours services over Christmas and the New Year.
