The Surgery Connect Reports Console continues to be expanded with a new Menu report being recently added. You are now able to view caller selection figures for any menu in your system so you can gauge call traffic to your different departments. Data can be filtered, sorted and exported.

Queue Busting Benefits

Many of our customers are now benefiting from our Queue Busting feature. With hundreds of callers every day choosing the option of ending their call and joining a virtual queue to be called back by Surgery Connect once they near the front of the queue.

Reducing the amount of time callers need to be on the phone in the queue by many hours every day and removing the potential for call costs and stress has resulted in a better call experience for busy call answering staff.
