User Timeline Report shows staff making changes to their availability state

User Timeline Report

Due for release this week is the User Timeline Report. This new report allows you to view when staff are making changes to their availability state and when they are going into a status that prevents calls from targeting them (DND or Logged Out for example).

The data is filtered to the users you want to see and can be run over a period of 1 to 7 days. Once generated, you are able to zoom in and out of the timeline data dependant on whether you want a general overview or a much more detailed view of a smaller time frame.

Once released this will automatically be available to you through the reporting platform.

Queue Busting

A reminder that the Queue Busting feature will continue to be rolled out throughout October, if you have already expressed an interest in the feature one of our team will be contacting you soon to discuss your implementation. The feature offers callers the option of joining a virtual queue where they can end the call and receive a call back once they near the front, saving them time, money and frustration.

Most, if not all of you are likely in the midst of the annual flu vaccination program. Perhaps you might benefit from having flu specific announcements on your service, either as an introduction to all calls or in specific call queues or even an additional option from the main menu.
