They have always been very helpful". To meet our own high expectations we are offering a job opportunity for a Service Delivery and Customer Liaison Administrator to join our growing business.
The role is to work with new customers to capture their requirements and pass them on to team colleagues who are delivering our Surgery Connect product. You will continue developing a good relationship with customers and users through the delivery and support of our systems. You will also be sending out telephones and other hardware to customer sites. There is an element of customer training in this role covering day to day use of handsets and software applications on PCs and may include more advanced topics surrounding maintenance and configuration of the system.
The role is mainly office based but there will be opportunities to travel to customer sites across the UK.
The role lies within the Operations department so you will require a level of IT knowledge preferably in the telephony sector to give support and advice to customers in a confident manner. Training will be given.
You will be a member of the Service Delivery team who report to the Chief Operations Officer but you will work closely with both the Infrastructure Team and the Service Desk to deliver our services.
Your success will be measured by increased customer satisfaction levels during and after service delivery as measured by our Happy Surgery initiative.

Experience in any of the following skills:
- Capture of service requirements from customers
- Experience of IT Support
- Experience of network and system installation
- Knowledge of cloud telecoms systems
- Experience in training end-users
Framlingham is not well served by public transport so you are likely to need your own transport. Visits to our offices prior to application can be arranged.
