Paul Bensley
Joint Managing Director
Paul left his position as Technical Director of the Storacall Group in 2000 to found X-on, having recognised that the future of service delivery in telecommunications was in the hosted environment, later to become the Cloud.
He has been responsible for driving the technical innovation of the company, while always keeping an eye on the bottom line by developing strong customer relationships and a loyal team.
Claire Bisset
Chief Finance Officer
Claire has joined X-on as an FCA having held senior roles within companies such as G.U.S., Burberry and the Willis Group. She has taken on responsibility for X-on’s solid balance sheet at a time when the company moves into a new growth phase.
Claire oversees the team that manages X-on’s accounts, legal and facilities functions.
Debbie Hughes
Sales Director
Debbie’s first relationship with X-on was as a customer. As UK Sales Manager of Tenpin, she had responsibility for call centre operations, giving her insight into the needs of the organisations that X-on now serves.
Previously Contact Centre Manager for Pontins, Debbie has headed up the X-on sales team since 2011 and is dedicated to maintaining a happy and loyal customer base – the best ambassadors for prospective customers.
Neil Miles
Chief Operations Officer
Neil’s MBA background, leadership experience and customer experience in a technically challenging telecoms background are the key assets for driving forward X-on’s growing customer portfolio, cementing X-on’s commitment to the highest quality of customer delivery, both before and after sale.
Neil previously held a number of senior roles in Ericsson including Lead Service Delivery Manager of the Orange Global Customer Support contract in Hungary.
Derrick Measham
Research and Development Director
Derrick has been with X-on since 2002 and has had a key role in the development of a number of services, particularly in the field of notification and message exchange.
He now manages X-on’s in house development team and is committed to facilitating a strong line of communication between developers, support staff and customers ensuring that the product road map is navigated with the customer needs at the forefront.

Community Manager
New in post this year, Lucy is X-on Health’s first Community Manager. With a background in user and customer experience, she loves amplifying the voices and stories from within the community. Whether it’s showcasing success stories, highlighting talented individuals, or fostering collaborations, she is always looking for new ways to connect.
