Supreme Medical Centre provides primary care for Finchley and the surrounding areas, including patient services in treatment, diagnosis and management. Speciality Health Checks include Diabetes, Chronic Heart Disease, Hypertension, Asthma/COPD, Epilepsy, Mental Health, Hypothyroidism, Cancer, Antenatal and Postnatal Checks.
The Challenge
Supreme Medical Centre were looking for a modern efficient telephone system that would "help support the staff and the patients."
Their Practice Manager, Jaydev Vyas, wanted a system that included "prompts, management report of all calls, recording feature" and most importantly "integration with our clinical system."
The Solution
Surgery Connect is a modern GP Practice feedback driven phone system uniquely placed to satisfy the needs of practices resolved to improve their staff and patient communications while addressing the NHS integrated care agenda. After a comparison with other providers Jaydev determined that "X-on was the only provider having suitable EMIS Integration availability."
Management reports have also allowed Jaydev and his team to "analyse the time spent by the staff for call handling as well as incoming call volumes etc." providing the insight needed to efficiently deploy staff, particularly during times of peak call traffic.
