Community Money Advice (CMA) is a national charity that has enabled community groups to establish local, free to client, face to face debt advice services, through the provision of a range of services. CMA has a network of over 140 affiliated advice centres across the country, helping thousands of people with confidential advice and practical support specific to each client's needs.
Community Money Advice contacted X-on in search of a cloud based service that would support their national phone advice line, allowing them to efficiently manage their calls, whilst ensuring the service provided to customers adhered to the highest possible standards.
X-on provided Community Money Advice with a Contact Centre solution with call queueing and intelligent call routing, which means that calls to the advice line are handled efficiently, ensuring customers get the right advice quickly and easily. X-on were able to port CMA's 0800 number, which provided continuity to existing customers.
