The Challenge

CarHireUK approached X-on seeking a phone system that would provide a cost effective call centre solution to meet their specific needs. The ability to transfer calls to India and throughout their business network was essential.

The Solution

X-on supplied CarHireUK with a fully integrated cloud based Contact Centre, initially configured for 20 agents and charged on a per seat basis. Contact Centre allows CareHireUK to manage their communications via a web based Manager Console, with calls transferable throughout the UK and abroad.

The system allows CarHireUK to record and securely store all calls, including mobile phone calls, with retrieval via the Console for authorised personnel.
