Personnel Telephone Numbers
For Staff on the Move
X-on Personnel Numbers are an ideal way for staff on the move to have their own company phone number.
The Personnel Number owner has complete control over how their calls arrive on their home phone, work phone, mobile or VOIP phone.
Some or all of these can be set to ring at once when a caller dials the Personnel Number, and when they take a call, a brief message will be played to let them know that it is a work related call.
As an added bonus, when staff need to make work calls, they can call from their Personnel Number, either directly from a VOIP phone or by first dialling a freephone access number.
This acts as a 'charge card' for work calls, simplifying accounting and avoiding time consuming expense claims.
The calls are cheaper than BT Standard Rate so this can act as a cost saving exercise as well!
