X-on supplied CarHireUK with a fully integrated cloud based Contact Centre, initially configured for 20 agents and charged on a per seat basis. Contact Centre allows CareHireUK to manage their communications via a web based Manager Console, with calls transferable throughout the UK and abroad.
The system allows CarHireUK to record and securely store all calls, including mobile phone calls, with retrieval via the Console for authorised personnel.
